Hier a été annoncé un confinement total en Ile de France par le 1er Ministre.
Nous sommes dans l’obligation de nous adapter de nouveau aux contraintes induites dont le :
– COUVRE FEU applicable à partir du samedi 20 mars de 19h à 6h – PROLONGEMENT DE L’INTERDICTION de la pratique en SALLE, d’activités sportifs scolaires et extra scolaires pour les mineurs (les adultes étant déjà interdits).
Ainsi, nous maintenons tous les cours en EXTERIEUR pour les mineurs, ados et adultes (répartis par groupe de 6 adultes) selon le planning déjà communiqué pour mars 2021, valable jusqu’au 18 avril 2021 inclus.
Les activités extérieures étant autorisées dans un rayon limité à 10 km autour de votre domicile, nous vous laissons libres de rejoindre nos cours ou pas selon votre localisation. Des coachs seront en nombre suffisant pour répartir les élèves adultes en groupe de 6 personnes et pour assurer si besoin un entraà®nement individuel adapté.
Les lieux de rdv des entraà®nements extérieurs demeurent inchangés :
- Cours Paris – BERCY : rdv métro bercy sortie 1 Accor Arena hotel
- Cours Choisy le roi : rdv gare de choisy le roi sortie Quai Fernand Dupuy (cà´té seine)
Tous les cours sont accessibles en illimité pour tous : Rejoignez les séances de votre catégorie d’à¢ge (ex : les ados yamak Paris peuvent faire les deux cours mercredi et samedi)

- Inscription cally obligatoire pour tous les cours extérieurs
- Renseigner svp le NOM et PRà‰NOM du participant puis indiquer OUI (PRà‰SENT) exclusivement sur les séances de votre présence. Inutile de préciser NON ou PEUT-àŠTRE sur les autres créneaux o๠vous serez absents.
- En cas de désistement, pensez à annuler votre inscription afin de positionner le nombre de coachs adapté.
- Un cours extérieur est susceptible d’être annulé faute de participants déclarés !
